We have a 60 day return policy. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition and packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return: email help@rundrrunning.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the step by step instructions to complete it. Items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items: contact us right away. If the item is defective or damaged, we will review it and make it right.

Exchanges: we accept exchanges. Email help@rundrrunning.com and we will send you the instructions.

Non returnable: gift cards.

Refunds: after we receive and inspect your return, refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may need extra time). If 15 or more business days pass since approval, email help@rundrrunning.com.
